Subject: Pleasant, pragmatic, helpful and understanding

A mortgage I’ve been dealing with has been dragging on for months and I was beginning to think it was either (a) cursed, or (b) someone was out to get me, and (c) I certainly didn't charge enough of a fee to compensate for the time and trouble involved. Skipton, though, have been great throughout and besides saying thanks again to BDM Craig I'd like to single out Vicky in the underwriting area for particular thanks for her efforts over the last few days as a ‘small difficulty’ arose just as settlement was approaching. How pleasant to deal with someone who's pragmatic, helpful, understanding and who just gets things done. Vicky, you're a star!
