Buy to let Mortgages
We offer a range of attractive fixed rate and tracker buy to let products for purchases and remortgages, with up to 70% LTV. There are no valuation or legal fees for remortgage customers, and we offer one of the lowest minimum income requirements in the market.
Notes about our fees:
£250 Product Switch Fee - If a customer requests a change of product onto a preferential rate once a case has been submitted then a fee of £250 must be paid at the time.
Application Fee - The application fee is payable on application and NON-REFUNDABLE.
