Mortgage Application Form
Please use this form for applications with more than 2 applicants, Guarantor applications and applicants with foreign addresses which require postal submission. You can also use this form for data capture which can then be keyed onto our eMortgage system.
Additional Borrowing Application Form
Please ensure all relevant sections are fully completed and signed by all applicants and the correct supporting documents are included.
E-Declaration Form
Asset & Liability Statement
This form is to be used where an applicant has a total of more than one BTL (all lenders included).
Decision in Principle Form
(for guarantor or multiple applicants)
Re-Mortgage Fee Payment Authority Form
This form is to be used on re-mortgages when your broker fee is to be added to the loan amount. The maximum fee that can be charged to take advantage of this service is £500 and the total LTV including the fee added in cannot exceed 75%. This form must be sent immediately on submission of case to be used.
