If you have a query about eMortgages and our online service you may be able to find the answer below in our frequently asked questions.

What is the availability of the Online Services system?

The Online Services system can be accessed at any time. Service may be interrupted from time to time for routine updates to the system, or for reasons outside of the Society's control. As you will appreciate, availability of the service can not be guaranteed. Support will only be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 12 Noon on a Saturday.

Who do I refer to for help?

For help with screens in the Online Services system there are dedicated on-line help pages that can be accessed by clicking the help icon at the top right hand side of the screen. If you are still unable to resolve a query about Skipton’s Online Services process please contact the most appropriate team from our online assistance section.

What fee will I receive from a regulated mortgage sale?

If you are not aware of the gross procuration fee payable either, contact your mortgage club/network or call our Lending Support team on 01756 705014.

Is there a calculator which will help determine the affordability of any mortgage product?

Can I get a KFI without being registered with Skipton Intermediaries?

No, you will need to register.

Can I use the Online Services for an Additional Borrowing product?

No, if you require a KFI for Additional Borrowing contact us via our mortgage processing centres. Contact us

How long is a KFI valid for?

The KFI is valid for the day of issue only.

How long is a DIP valid for?

The DIP is valid for 28 days.

By submitting cases online does this mean the funds are booked?

Only cases that are received online, together with scanned attachments of declaration and all supporting documentation will be deemed to have booked funds.
