Skipton launches competitive new range!
Dear Intermediary,
I am pleased to announce the launch of a repriced range of 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixes plus two new 2 Year Base Rate Tracker products. The rates on these products have been reduced by up to 0.40% and are competitive across the range. We are also please to be able to offer a brand new 2 Year Fixed Rate to 50% LTV at a rate of 2.94%!
We are also continuing to offer options with no completion fee to give you and your clients more choice in finding the best product for their circumstances. Details of all the new products are detailed below:

For any existing pipeline cases on these products ALL signed declarations and support documentation should be uploaded and sent to arrive before 5pm Thursday 7 July.
Where a product switch is taking place (changing to a better rate) and our Mortgage Service Centre has commenced processing the application, a £250 fee must be paid up front prior to the product amendment taking place. Please also be aware that the £250 fee is non-refundable if a product switch has taken place.
