Email invitation for intermediary website research
Dear Intermediary,
We are conducting some research amongst mortgage professionals to find out what they think about our intermediary website. The aim is to understand how we can improve the content and layout of the site to make it more useful and easier for you to use.
We are planning to conduct telephone interviews with a number of mortgage intermediaries, and would like to give you the opportunity to get involved.
The interview will last for about 15 minutes and the feedback provided will be essential in helping us to improve the service we offer to you.
