Skipton Building Society received a commendation in the recent Business Moneyfacts Awards, voted for by mortgage intermediaries.
Brokers thought Skipton deserved a commendation in the Best Service from a Buy-to-Let Mortgage Provider category, having experienced the following particular strengths in their dealings with the Society:
- Providing buy-to-let mortgages which help brokers to meet their clients' needs
- Flexible-but-prudent underwriting with a personalised, pragmatic approach aimed at enabling borrowers' investment ambitions wherever possible
- Speed with which we issue offers

We are delighted to announce that we have been named Best Building Society 2011 by What Mortgage magazine.
How we won
The What Mortgage Awards offer the chance for customers to actively nominate a financial services provider that they feel they receive a good customer experience from.
