What is the availability of the eMortgage system?

The eMortgage system is available between the hours of 7am and 10pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 7pm on a Saturday. Availability may be interrupted from time to time for reasons outside of our control and therefore can’t be guaranteed.

Who do I refer to for help?

Within the eMortgage system there is on-line help. If you are still unable to resolve a query, please contact Skipton Intermediaries on 0345 6016683. The team is available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5.30pm Friday and 9am to 12 Noon on a Saturday.

What fee will I receive from a regulated mortgage sale?

If you are not aware of the gross procuration fee payable either, contact your mortgage club/network or call Skipton Intermediaries 0345 6016683.

Is there a calculator to help determine the affordability of a mortgage product?

Can I get a Mortgage Illustration without being registered with Skipton Intermediaries?

No, you will need to register.

Can I use the Online Services for an Additional Borrowing product?

No, if you require a Mortgage Illustration for Additional Borrowing contact Skipton Intermediaries:

How long is a Mortgage Illustration valid for?

The Mortgage Illustration is valid for the day of issue only.

How long is a Decision in Principle valid for?

The DIP is valid for 28 days.

By submitting cases online does this mean the funds are booked?

Only cases that are received online, together with scanned attachments of declaration and all supporting documentation will be deemed to have booked funds.
