Five star service

For the last four years running we've been awarded a five star rating for service in the highly respected Financial Adviser Service Awards.

We especially value this award because it's voted for by brokers. Here are five reasons why we think we've provided a five star level of service:

  1. We're continually enhancing our service proposition with the introduction of Web Chat, our Telephone BDM team and digital signatures.
  2. We give you five working days to submit a full case following a product withdrawal where a mortgage illustration has already been provided.
  3. We pay procuration fees within two weeks of completion, which is now also available on Additional Borrowing.
  4. We don't charge for valuations for mortgage purposes, which we instruct immediately on receipt of the application.
  5. We're constantly evolving our lending policies based on your feedback, some recent examples being our flats and contractors policies.
