  • extended mortgage offers on New Build cases
  • increased our maximum loan available at 85% LTV
  • opened up Help to Buy remortgages and 90% LTV on New Build flats to all brokers.

Our underwriters understand mortgage applications aren’t always straightforward, so they manually review all cases. Personal touches like this make all the difference. And, so far this year we’ve:

  • made 64 improvements to our eMortgage system in the past year
  • introduced day one mortgage valuations
  • given you access to underwriters when you need it.

A great example of how we work together is listening to your feedback. Our Products team create the best possible products, criteria and service based on what you tell us. That’s why, so far this year we’ve:

  • introduced intermediary only exclusive products
  • removed our maximum loan cap for First Time Buyers
  • offered cashback on Help to Buy remortgage products.

Our Intermediary Support Team are available on the phone, through email or via web chat, whether you have a query about our criteria or need an update on an application. That’s why:

  • we’ve a team of 57 highly trained advisers
  • so far this year, our average call to answer time is only 18 seconds
  • we’ve extended our opening hours, including Saturday mornings
  • we’ve introduced web chat, allowing you to get the answer you need even more quickly.
