What you can do in eMortgages

  • Request a Decision in Principle (DIP), Mortgage Illustration (MIL), or Full Mortgage Application (FMA).
  • Reprint a previously completed DIP/MIL or FMA.
  • Partially complete a DIP/MIL/FMA and return to complete it later.
  • Get instant lending indications from the DIP.
  • View a list of all your cases created online.
  • Change the product for a case already submitted.
  • Update your registration details.
  • Track your case.
  • Request a product transfer for an existing Skipton client.
  • Change the product for a product transfer already submitted.

When you can use eMortgages

You can use eMortgages during the following hours:

Monday to Friday:

7am - 9pm

On the last weekday of the month, eMortgages is available until 7pm.

Saturday:7am - 7pm
Sunday:10am - 7pm
