It’s easy to change the product on a submitted case, simply log into eMortgages and attach a memo to the case advising us of the new product code you require. Alternatively, you can email the new product code to Mscadvisors@skipton.co.uk.
We will then action your request within 48 hours.
You will need to log into eMortgages and cancel the existing product transfer, you will then be able to re-submit the product transfer request with the new product code.
You can also email the details to customerdeliveryretentionrequest@skipton.co.uk, we will cancel the existing product transfer for you within a day and you can then re-submit the product transfer request with the new product code using eMortgages.
There may be some cases, such as accounts with different maturity dates or additional requirements, where you are unable to cancel the product transfer, and you will receive an error message. In these instances, please call our Broker Support Team on 0345 601 6683 and they will be happy to help.
